Today, I'd like to share a story with you about my first years with CST. I was a brand new Mom when the gift of it arrived.
In those first years of motherhood, I left my work with sculptor Mariko Mori. We moved from New York to Hong Kong to Italy and then to Boulder. In all that shuffle, I sat reading CST texts/case studies while nursing, listened to cranio podcasts durings naps, and just soaked my being in CST in the moments when I wasn't completely absorbed in keeping a
I wake each morning with a short delay before I remember the times in which we are currently living. Then I take a moment to enjoy the sunshine through the tree making light and shadow dances on my bedroom wall. I follow my breath in and out. I feel simple gratitude for this day. How are you? In what ways are you nourishing yourself? I have been trying to figure out how to best maintain community while in isolation. News from Italian friends share that they schedule video cal
One of the most important things we can do to help our immune system now and any time is to laugh. If you are using social media, I'm sure you’ve noticed ample jokes and funny memes circulating about covid19. My 9 year old shared a joke another third grader made up. When you laugh your body releases endorphins

My current practice is to relax into each present moment. My commitment to this is for the sake of my own physical and emotional h
Wow, has that summer flown past. I don't know about you but for my little universe I feel like we just got out of school. Summertime in Boulder is typically a slow time for bodyworkers and fortunately that was not the case this summer. Combining some nice breaks on packages and return client offers, I hope these actions communicate how invested I am in our continued work together and in meeting you in your own health and wellbeing investment. I've also recently started workin
In 2010, when I first starting digging into what it could mean to practice CranioSacral Therapy, I had just had a baby. I wasn't thinking about certifying with Upledger Institute, I was simply pulled by a deep curiosity toward this work and was researching all avenues to be able to learn it. In 2012, while living in Hong Kong I was still researching CST and the opportunity to attend a class with UI came up. It was in the Pok Fu Lam neighborhood, just a bus, a boat, a tram and
