A note especially for new clients:
If you are a new client, please schedule a free 20 minute phone consultation via phone prior to booking your new client intro session. Let's get to know each other a bit before you book and see if we are a good working match.
For Cigna insurance clients: After your pre-authorization is in place, I accept insurance. Even if I appear as an LMT provider in your directory, it depends on your specific policy if our work is eligible for coverage. Please be diligent by checking with your insurance about your coverage. Once you get that cleared, head to my scheduler and look for the Cigna booking button.
Please honor my 24 hour cancellation policy. I do collect my entire fee if you are not communicative about canceling/rescheduling 24 hours prior to your session.
When you arrive on time, you give yourself the gift of receiving full benefit from a complete session. If you need to arrive late, I will still need to close your session at the scheduled time in order to prepare the space for my next client.

Policy for late arrivals, cancellations, no shows:
I value our time and prepare for each client prior to session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I require at least a 24 hour advance notice by phone, text, or email. Without advance notice, the full $80 session fee for a missed session is applied. With packages, the # within the package is applied. Thank you for your understanding.
I accept Cigna insurance.
