After a decade + of wanderlust, I am rooted in Boulder.
My husband and I are raising up our kiddo here ~ and ourselves.
Boulder is my home.
My site name and social media names reflect my commitment
to CranioSacral Therapy and to Boulder; today and in years to come.
CranioSacralBoulder fits.
My offering to you is a calm, open, neutral space with the
subtly profound somatic approach of CranioSacral Therapy.
My name change deeply reflects a widened and welcomed
inclusiveness for who is showing up for this work; you.
Though I continue to offer postpartum doula care and CST is always a part of those sessions.
My CST practice has eclipsed my doula work to include Moms and Dads with their children well beyond the postpartum phase. I also meet with Male and Female clients who are not yet parents and many who do not wish to ever be.
Whatever is your life phase, I’m invested in you - in you feeling at home in your body and in cultivating peace within yourself.
